Supervisor Quality Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Quality Engineering teams, including talent attraction, qualification, and performance management
• Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) including ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9120 certifications
• Coordinate internal and external audits and act as the primary interface with certification bodies and regulatory authorities
• Drive corrective and preventive action processes for product and process nonconformities
• Deploy quality planning tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and Statistical Process Control
• Manage dimensional inspection, metrology processes, and calibration systems
• Lead digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives for quality analytics and software applications
• Manage departmental budgeting, resources, and operational performance targets
• Act as the company liaison for FAA coordination regarding maintenance activities and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality, Manufacturing, or Product Engineer
• Or 2 years in a supervisory leadership role within related operational areas
• Knowledge of aerospace regulations including ISO 9001, AS9100, and RBAC 21
• Proficiency in 14 CFR Part 21 documentation for FAA presentation
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Advanced English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Quality, Operations, or a related field
• SAP experience
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft structures and systems
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
