Supervisor, Quality Control Labs

Responsibilities

• Lead the Incoming Inspection area to ensure daily activities comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements including GMP, GLP, and GDP
• Supervise and support quality control lab teams, managing task assignments, workflow, and day-to-day decision-making
• Oversee the inspection, testing, and analysis of products and raw materials using various analytical techniques and lab equipment
• Ensure compliance with quality standards across Chemistry, Microbiology, Analytical Services, and stability testing
• Conduct investigations for inspection failures and ensure rigorous data integrity and documentation accuracy
• Support budget planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or quality control environment
• 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication)

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• B.S. in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
• Experience managing exempt or non-exempt employees
• Proficiency in data analytics, KPI development, and creating data dashboards
• Knowledge of statistical principles and sampling plans, such as ANSI/ASQ Z1.4
• Experience implementing new technologies or digital solutions to streamline manual processes
