Supervisor, Production Management

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to manufacturing processes
• Manage production activities including assembly, material processing, and packaging
• Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop production schedules and allocate resources
• Plan and prioritize production line maintenance and downtime to minimize operational disruptions
• Lead quality investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a culture of excellence through performance management, talent development, and safety leadership
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GxP) regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all associates complete required training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
• 5-8 years of experience in production management
• Proven project management skills
• Strong documentation skills, specifically regarding report writing and risk assessment
• Experience with equipment and process validation
