Supervisor, Product Photography

Responsibilities

• Own the photo quality standard by developing style guides and acceptance criteria for in-house and freelance content.
• Manage a national freelance photographer network, providing coaching and ensuring high-quality on-site shoots.
• Lead and develop a team of Photo Curation Specialists, setting priorities and managing SLAs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to evolve manual processes into scalable, automated workflows.
• Track and analyze photo coverage metrics using BI tools to drive prioritization and investment.
• Diagnose process gaps and redesign workflows to ensure seamless photo integration across systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional food or product photography experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in people management, including providing direct feedback and developing talent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Experience using BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Monday.com.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for team gatherings and photoshoots.
