Supervisor, Privacy Ops

Responsibilities

• Oversee consumer rights processes across regions to ensure accurate handling in line with regulatory requirements
• Support and improve processes for managing and responding to individual data requests
• Track incoming requests and identify potential delays to maintain strict compliance timelines
• Manage processes for handling privacy-related issues and concerns
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve privacy matters in a timely manner

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in privacy, compliance, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of privacy management tools, specifically OneTrust, including configuration and administration
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex concepts to various audiences
• Experience working with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional privacy certification such as CIPP/US or CIPP/E
• Experience conducting or supporting incident management investigations and documentation
• Working understanding of global privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
• Experience applying project management principles to track concurrent initiatives
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI
