Supervisor, PMX Lift Measurement

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-campaign planning and feasibility analysis, guiding Specialists and reviewing inputs from Analysts.
• Oversee the setup of advanced attribution measurement in alignment with Enablement and Investment teams.
• Manage campaign deliverables across all stages to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Lead post-campaign reporting analysis, developing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Communicate with partners regarding custom measurement needs and ensure execution accuracy.
• QA and approve reporting inputs to maintain consistency across all deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to product evolution and process automation.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners, agency teams, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5-7 years of experience within an agency or media company, including client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital media data.
• Experience with Advanced TV platforms, programmatic systems (DSP, SSP), ad delivery mechanics, identity, and attribution.
• Experience planning, executing, or measuring audience-based campaigns via programmatic or direct IO.
• Proven experience managing direct reports or teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
