Supervisor Planning and Logistics

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead high-performance teams through training, development, and performance evaluation
• Establish retention, succession, and hiring strategies to ensure a healthy work environment
• Manage the Integrated Production and Operation Plan (PIPO) based on site capabilities and business strategies
• Coordinate production and deliveries while identifying manufacturing bottlenecks
• Support strategic decisions through load and capacity management and resource optimization
• Oversee MRP routines, including demand conversion, production orders, and materials demand
• Manage production control activities to ensure schedule adherence and on-time delivery
• Monitor stock levels, work in progress (WIP), and inventory turnover using KPIs
• Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies to drive process improvements

Requirements

• B.S. in Business, Materials Management, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a logistics role preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), MES, and SAP
• Solid knowledge of Lean Production concepts
• Strong project management and people management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support delivery processes
