Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and support a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient prescription processing
• Monitor workflows and production activities to improve efficiency and quality metrics
• Review and monitor patient profile intake for accuracy and compliance
• Utilize metrics, reports, and dashboards to track team performance
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workload distribution
• Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action to employees
• Drive process improvements and operational enhancements
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
• Ensure technicians are trained on logistics, equipment, and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience
• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in community or retail pharmacy
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Ability to analyze metrics, reports, and dashboards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
