Supervisor PGO Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the Construction and Maintenance (C&M) team to ensure reliable service and achieve financial and organizational targets
• Conduct field reviews, observations, and safety audits to ensure performance and quality
• Ensure work is completed within schedule and in compliance with distribution-design and construction standards
• Lead restoration activities on and off the system
• Foster a safe work environment through training, coaching, and immediate correction of safety issues
• Support employee development through career discussions, technical training, and performance feedback
• Resolve employee issues, including corrective actions and contract administration
• Implement continuous improvement by investigating events and participating in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Maintain positive customer relations by responding to and resolving complaints in a timely manner

Requirements

• High School/GED degree
• 8 or more years of related work experience
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of company construction and maintenance practices
• Supervisory experience handling employee issues and labor contracts
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict management skills
• Experience with Distribution C&M computer applications
• Project Management experience
• Ability to lead teams through organizational changes
