About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic/Video, Affiliates, and CTV channels.
  • Monitor channel and campaign performance to drive ongoing optimization, focusing on CPA, volume, and subscriber growth.
  • Build performance analysis and reporting to track KPIs and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Support financial tracking and forecasting by providing inputs on performance trends and spend pacing.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Lifecycle/CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to support testing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with global channel leads and external agencies to ensure proper campaign execution and alignment with best practices.
  • Contribute to experimentation frameworks, supporting test design and execution across various channels.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Paid Media.
  • Hands-on experience in performance channels including Search, Social, and Programmatic/Video.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and build basic forecasts.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience using dashboards such as Looker or other BI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital-first or subscription-based businesses (streaming, e-commerce, marketplaces, etc.).
  • Exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and SQL.
  • Understanding of attribution and incrementality concepts.
