About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers providing Patient Solutions customer support services
  • Interview, hire, train, and manage employee performance
  • Monitor productivity and call center results to ensure attainment of revenue goals
  • Monitor service calls for technical accuracy and policy conformity
  • Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow
  • Resolve customer complaints and employee grievances
  • Prepare composite reports from individual reports provided by direct reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Understanding of Major Medical & Pharmacy Benefit Coverage
  • 2 to 3 years of experience leading a team in a call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of reimbursement or patient services experience
