About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers providing Patient Solutions customer support services
- Interview, hire, train, and manage employee performance
- Monitor productivity and call center results to ensure attainment of revenue goals
- Monitor service calls for technical accuracy and policy conformity
- Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow
- Resolve customer complaints and employee grievances
- Prepare composite reports from individual reports provided by direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of Major Medical & Pharmacy Benefit Coverage
- 2 to 3 years of experience leading a team in a call center environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of reimbursement or patient services experience
