About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) within specialty pharmacy operations
- Oversee daily team performance, workflow management, staffing, and coaching
- Monitor pharmacy workflow and phone queues
- Manage schedules and intraday staffing
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews
- Partner with leadership and HR on employee development, hiring, and performance management
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare, pharmacy, call center, or customer service
- Experience coaching, developing, and managing employee performance
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze workflow, manage schedules, and allocate resources
- Experience interpreting operational metrics and using data for performance improvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lead change and resolve conflict professionally
