Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead retail operations by overseeing the busy sales floor and managing daily store opening/closure procedures.
• Coach and motivate the sales team through daily briefs to achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs.
• Drive exceptional customer service by role-modelling the brand's selling ceremony and handling escalated complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and implement actions to support team success and profitability.
• Manage store administration, including cashing up, reconciling till systems, and assisting with recruitment or investigations.
• Maintain store standards through regular walks, ensuring effective visual merchandising and stock management.

• Proven experience in driving sales and achieving profitability in a retail environment.
• A strong passion for delivering exemplary customer service and creating meaningful shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and lead a high-performing team.
• Ability to remain adaptable, flexible, and confident in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A KPI-driven mindset with a focus on hitting and exceeding targets.
• Well-presented appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward the brand and its products.
