Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead retail operations and oversee the running of the busy sales floor
• Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store KPIs
• Drive exceptional customer service by role-modelling the brand's selling ceremony
• Perform store walks to ensure commerciality and effective visual merchandising
• Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and care
• Act as a key holder, managing store opening/closure and cashing up procedures
• Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and inventory management
• Maintain store security and follow company policies to ensure team and customer safety

Requirements

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
• A strong passion for delivering exemplary customer service
• Excellent communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team
• Ability to remain adaptable and confident in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• KPI-driven mindset with a focus on hitting and exceeding targets
• Well-presented appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
