Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead retail operations by overseeing the sales floor and managing daily store opening/closure procedures
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of sales assistants to achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs
• Drive exceptional customer service by role-modelling the brand's selling ceremony and storytelling
• Monitor sales performance and implement actions to support team success and profitability
• Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and care
• Manage store administration, including cashing up, reconciling till systems, and assisting with recruitment or investigations
• Maintain store security and visual merchandising standards to ensure a premium shopping environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in driving sales and achieving retail profitability
• A strong passion for delivering exemplary customer service
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coach and lead a team
• Ability to remain adaptable, flexible, and confident in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• KPI-driven mindset with a focus on up-selling, conversion, and productivity
• Positive, can-do attitude with a professional appearance
