Supervisor Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage unit operations including generation, scrubber, environmental emissions control, and material handling
• Execute work plans and schedules while providing oversight to ensure safety, environmental compliance, and productivity
• Identify and address workplace barriers and communicate organizational direction effectively
• Lead employee development and performance management for assigned personnel
• Serve as a senior leader on-site, particularly during night and weekend shifts

Requirements

• Associates Degree and 3 years of related work experience, OR
• High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of related work experience
• Ability to be respirator qualified

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of previous supervisor experience
• 5-7 years of plant operations experience
• Working knowledge of generating station systems, equipment, and processes
• Strong computer skills and ability to use various applications
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Financial knowledge and ability to analyze data
