Supervisor Operations

Responsibilities

• Exercise leadership while respecting company vision and values
• Manage the workload and individual performance of 15-25 unionized employees
• Drive team performance using KPIs and meet strict production deadlines
• Ensure continuous improvement through problem-solving processes
• Coach team members to develop talent within the organization
• Identify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve objectives
• Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the organization

Requirements

• Diploma in professional or collegiate studies
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a unionized environment
• Experience in the manufacturing or aerospace industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
• Fluency in both French and English
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
