Supervisor Operaciones POS/SALYS

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute integral operations for POS service areas to maintain work standards and improve productivity.
• Maintain a supervision and audit agenda for various store locations.
• Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined by the Operations Directorate.
• Oversee the SALYS program and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Provide general training to store personnel.
• Monitor and follow up on external services provided by third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Exact Sciences (Titulado).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative management and organizational culture.
• 3+ years of experience in food safety regulations and quality control management.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service and sales.
• Proficiency in budget administration and KPI management.
• Technical expertise in Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Excel.
