Supervisor Operaciones POS/SALYS

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute integral operations for POS service areas to maintain work standards and productivity.
• Maintain a supervision and audit agenda for various store locations.
• Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) defined by the Operations Directorate.
• Oversee the SALYS program and ensure proper service delivery.
• Guarantee high-quality customer service standards across operations.
• Provide general training to store personnel.
• Monitor and follow up on external provider services.

Requirements

• Degree (Licenciatura Titulado) in Exact Sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative management.
• 3+ years of experience in food safety regulations and quality management.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service and sales.
• 3+ years of experience in organizational culture and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and related platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong ability in budget administration and analysis.
• Proven experience in performance indicator management.
• Advanced problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills.
