Supervisor of Setups and Movements

Responsibilities

• Manage workload by tracking and prioritizing work order requests.
• Coordinate services with various departments including providers, audiovisual, cleaning, gardening, electrical, climate control, and security.
• Supervise and facilitate staff to ensure the timely completion of event setups and office movements.
• Ensure the proper transport and presentation of materials, furniture, and supplies requested for events.
• Monitor and supply material and equipment requirements for both collaborators and users.
• Maintain and update furniture inventories.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
• Proven experience in event organization and personnel management.
• Experience in administration and user service/customer care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate diverse teams and resources.
