Supervisor of Production

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and train production team members, including managing recruitment and attendance
• Organize production processes to ensure compliance with health and safety (BOZP) and quality standards
• Implement production plans and monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, costs, and quality
• Support the introduction of new products into series production
• Drive continuous improvement through Industry 4.0 projects and LEAN manufacturing methodologies
• Coordinate with logistics, quality, and production engineering departments

Requirements

• University or secondary education with a focus on mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a production or industrial environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Analytical thinking, decision-making ability, and resilience
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is preferred
• Practical knowledge and application of LEAN tools
