Supervisor of Nuclear Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to nuclear maintenance personnel performing periodic or corrective station maintenance.
• Ensure the plant is maintained safely during all modes of operation to meet the expectations of regulators, management, and customers.
• Build, train, and maintain a team of nuclear maintenance professionals within applicable guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain personal and team safety through vigilant observation of all applicable safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• High School/Ged
• 4 years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated performance using computer applications such as WMS, Word, Lotus Notes, EQSS, or Nuclear University.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple and complex tasks.
• Ability to handle conflict and motivate subordinates or team members.
• Proven ability to promote teamwork and personnel safety.
• Professionalism and courtesy toward internal and external customers.
