Supervisor of New Equipment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor assembly teams in the field
• Manage administrative tasks related to field activities
• Support the commercial area and participate in client meetings
• Perform safety certifications, audits, and quality inspections
• Manage and monitor the installation of new equipment
• Plan, manage, and track construction works and projects
• Drive continuous training and development within the technical team

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Management (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in the elevator or industrial sector (preferred)
• Proficiency with electronic and digital tools
• B2 level of English is highly valued
• Valid Category B driver's license
• Strong skills in team management, conflict resolution, and results orientation
