Supervisor Monitoreo y Análisis de Datos

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze critical transport KPIs (First/Last Mile, Line Haul, and Cross-Dock) to identify operational trends and anomalies.
• Design proactive action plans and early warning models to address metrics falling outside of targets.
• Build real-time dashboards and automate recurring reports to optimize logistics operations.
• Develop Python and SQL scripts to process large volumes of data and implement advanced analytics or AI solutions.
• Translate complex analytical data into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations for operational supervisors and senior management.
• Identify systemic operational gaps and orchestrate ETL/ELT processes to consolidate transport information.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis specifically applied to operations, logistics, or e-commerce.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries and aggregations) and intermediate-to-advanced Python (Pandas, Numpy, and visualization libraries).
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms such as GCP (BigQuery), AWS, or Azure.
• Proven experience creating dashboards from scratch using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Deep understanding of logistics metrics such as Pick Up/Delivery Success, On Time Arrival, and Out on Time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data orchestrators like Airflow or dbt.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning implementations for operational optimization.
• Experience leading data-driven projects within a logistics environment.
