Supervisor Mobile Security Services

Responsibilities

• Conduct and update object instructions in coordination with clients and operational staff
• Perform regular site inspections to verify security status, processes, and compliance
• Operatively control quality standards according to internal guidelines and customer requirements
• Lead, plan, and develop operational security employees within the responsible area
• Provide active customer support and advice for existing clients and assist in acquiring new ones
• Conduct employee performance reviews to improve motivation and team development
• Create and monitor service instructions to ensure quality and security standards
• Prepare relevant documents for payroll and invoicing
• Support the creation of offers, calculations, and development of security services
• Work closely with the Branch Manager for mobile security services

Requirements

• Minimum Sachkundeprüfung according to §34a GewO
• Several years of professional experience in patrol services, preferably in an operational role
• Experience in the security or service industry with leadership competence
• Proficiency in service planning software (e.g., DPP) and technical affinity
• Class B driver's license and a clean police certificate
• Strong organizational skills, service orientation, and team motivation abilities
• Very good PC skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
