Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day distribution operations and manage facility activities in assigned areas
• Mentor and develop staff, including recruitment, hiring, and performance management
• Set shift schedules according to workload and manage payroll approval
• Conduct shift start-up meetings to communicate safety, production, and culture updates
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance warehouse processes
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and compliance
• Establish operational strategies to ensure consistent achievement of area goals

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and discipline team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute solutions effectively
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 70lb
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to work in various temperature conditions
