Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to effectively manage day-to-day operations and activities within assigned distribution areas during the second shift.
• Manage recruitment, hiring, and staffing levels to ensure appropriate coverage for workload.
• Foster high team morale through regular feedback, recognition, and conducting shift start-up meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and holding team members accountable.
• Oversee performance management, including conducting reviews and developing future team leaders.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, discipline, and develop staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute solutions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to disseminate information effectively to team leads and associates.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 70lb.
• Ability to work in various temperature conditions within a manufacturing/distribution setting.
