Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize customer deliveries regarding quantity and specification
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery through stock availability monitoring and smooth customer service
• Align with Operations, Store management, Head Office, Buyers, and Field Sales teams
• Verify daily fuel costing, transactions, and documentation
• Update KPIs on a daily basis
• Handle and coordinate customer complaints regarding delivery issues
• Acquire periodic customer feedback
• Coordinate with head office regarding fuel expenses, KPIs, and third-party vehicle costs
• Perform competitor promotion checks and provide feedback to the Buying Department
• Coach and train team members on new concepts and technology to achieve functional objectives

Requirements

• Bachelors or Intermediate degree
• 6-8 years of relevant experience
