Supervisor, Marketing Partnerships & Loyalty (Disney+)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies for Disney Perks partners in Mexico to drive engagement and brand alignment for Disney+.
• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for partners, building strong relationships and collaborating on joint marketing plans.
• Identify and develop new marketing opportunities, promotional initiatives, and best practices to enhance the Disney Perks value proposition.
• Coordinate the execution of integrated campaigns with internal cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing assets.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Disney Perks campaigns, generating actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Manage project documentation, campaign trackers, budget control, and vendor briefing/follow-up.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing campaign execution.
• Proven experience with organic and paid media, as well as CRM programs.
• Advanced fluency in English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
