Supervisor, Manufacturing Production

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide the activities of Team Leaders within the Extrusion department
• Drive leadership development and support team growth and evolution
• Proactively manage KPIs and analyze results to implement structural improvements
• Ensure production meets all quality, quantity, and safety objectives
• Manage material availability to support the entire production process
• Oversee product quality and ensure adherence to production schedules
• Promote HSE policies and foster a culture of safety and compliance
• Motivate team members and facilitate employee development and training
• Coordinate improvement projects and signal opportunities for process optimization

Requirements

• Completed education at MBO 4 or HBO level
• Proven experience working with production processes
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of specific products and materials used in extrusion
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Wcom
