Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineering (NPI)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily NPI operations to ensure build plans, product quality, productivity, and cost targets are met
• Monitor and improve manufacturing performance indicators, including productivity, incidental losses, and logistics performance
• Manage NPI build schedules and coordinate logistics activities to support production yield
• Coach and supervise headcount, optimizing manpower utilization across shifts
• Lead continuous improvement and manufacturing projects from planning through execution
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements (IMS, 8D, RBA)
• Maintain production housekeeping and 6S practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Proven track record in improving manufacturing efficiency and quality
• Experience in 4IR and digitalization
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and BCMS 22301 standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in production planning, supply chain management, and cost control
• Proficiency in data-driven performance metric analysis
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems
• Excellent project management and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of RBA standards
