Supervisor Mantenimiento Carrocerias

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer preventive maintenance (PM) for equipment
• Develop improvement strategies to increase operational efficiency
• Control and monitor the maintenance budget
• Implement strategies to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
• Supervise and manage technical personnel
• Prepare reports and perform anomaly analysis on equipment
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults in automated systems
• Develop, adapt, and improve HMI systems
• Drive initiatives to increase overall productivity

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electromechanics, Robotics, Mechatronics, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry
• Expertise in Omron PLCs
• Knowledge of Fanuc robots
• Experience with welding systems (resistance, arc, and MIG)
• Knowledge of inverters and DeviceNet networks
• Experience in pneumatic and electrical control
• Knowledge of sealant and HEM application systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, CX-ONE, and AutoCAD

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English language skills
• Previous experience leading technical teams
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
