Supervisor, Line I

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous daily supervision of a single packaging line process.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality procedures to facilitate a proactive compliance culture.
• Actively manage line execution, including blowing, clearing, set-up, and production, to maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot in-process problems and remediate routine operational and system issues.
• Accurately document and review batch records to ensure Right-First-Time execution.
• Drive continuous process improvement through innovative ideas and maintain 5S standards within the finishing department.
• Work as a direct team member on the assigned line as required to maximize performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of cGMP or related manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP requirements in a regulated industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new programs and applications.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per day and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work a schedule of 40 to 48 hours per week, with potential for up to 60 hours based on manufacturing demands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with production systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
