Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth
- Guide and support team members through effective mentorship and leadership
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards
- Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment
Requirements
- Ability to coach, assist, and support store associates to perform effectively
- Compliance with all store policies, procedures, and programs
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance goals
- Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 40 lbs and remain active (moving, kneeling, climbing ladders)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
