Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth
  • Guide and support team members through effective mentorship and leadership
  • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment

Requirements

  • Ability to coach, assist, and support store associates to perform effectively
  • Compliance with all store policies, procedures, and programs
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance goals
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 40 lbs and remain active (moving, kneeling, climbing ladders)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
