- Ability to support, assist, and coach store associates effectively
- Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and programs
- Consistent ability to meet or exceed established sales and performance goals
- Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks like kneeling and climbing ladders
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
