About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support and deputize for the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
  • Implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets to improve store performance
  • Monitor KPIs and team performance through reporting and updates to management
  • Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration, and rotas
  • Ensure an exceptional customer journey by offering high-quality 1-2-1 service
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and experience efficiently managing a team
  • Proven track record of developing and growing retail team members
  • Experience working toward and driving retail KPIs and sales targets
  • Solid understanding of daily store operations
