Responsibilities
- Support and deputize for the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
- Implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets to improve store performance
- Monitor KPIs and team performance through reporting and updates to management
- Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration, and rotas
- Ensure an exceptional customer journey by offering high-quality 1-2-1 service
- Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and experience efficiently managing a team
- Proven track record of developing and growing retail team members
- Experience working toward and driving retail KPIs and sales targets
- Solid understanding of daily store operations
