Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Create a high-energy store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors
• Coach and supervise associates on sales training processes to ensure high service levels
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in alignment with company policy
• Participate in training new hires and current employees on culture, product knowledge, and loss prevention
• Partner with store management to set expectations and deliver performance feedback
• Manage cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing and replenishment
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other management members

Requirements

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven coaching and training skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and climbing ladders
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED preferred
