Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by managing opening and closing procedures as a manager on duty
• Manage cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, and replenishment
• Supervise and coach the store team on selling culture and customer connection to ensure high service levels
• Assess and strategize to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion and units per transaction
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and foster a diverse, inclusive work environment
• Act as a brand ambassador to create a compelling customer experience and build local community connections

Requirements

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and climbing ladders
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED preferred
