- Ability to support, assist, and coach store associates effectively
- Compliance with all store policies, procedures, and programs
- Consistent ability to meet or exceed established sales and performance goals
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 40 lbs and remain active (moving, kneeling, climbing ladders)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
