Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Create a high-energy store experience by engaging consumers and modeling exceptional service behaviors
• Supervise and provide consistent coaching to associates on sales training and service practices
• Proactively resolve consumer concerns in alignment with company policy and satisfaction goals
• Participate in the training process for new hires regarding company culture, product knowledge, and loss prevention
• Manage cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, and replenishment
• Partner with store management to meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other management members

Requirements

• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
