Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for the sales team and provide functional leadership
• Conduct product and sales training for staff members
• Ensure compliance with company CI guidelines and occupational safety standards
• Manage and monitor inventory and stock levels
• Handle administrative tasks related to daily store operations
• Participate in regular team meetings

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience including initial leadership roles
• Strong sales and organizational talent with a positive, confident demeanor
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for LEGO products
• Proficiency with sales systems and MS Office
• Structured and highly organized way of working
• Good to very good fluency in English (written and spoken)
