Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, operations goals, policies, and procedures
• Maintain excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines
• Act as an expert in fashion and latest trends
• Support management in training and developing the team to maximize sales
• Assist with performance management and floor control
• Handle customer queries and complaints to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience at a similar management level
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team
• Strong customer service ambassador mindset
• Immaculate presentation representative of a luxury fashion brand
