Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, operations goals, policies, and procedures
• Protect the brand identity within Harrods
• Maintain excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines
• Act as an expert in fashion and latest trends
• Support management in training, developing, and performing management of the team
• Assist with floor control and customer queries or complaints

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail within a clientelling and service-driven environment
• Experience at a similar management level
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team
• Ability to provide a unique and memorable customer experience to build loyalty
• Immaculate presentation representative of a luxury fashion brand
