Responsibilities
- Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
- Handle all stock effectively and ensure back of house standards are maintained
- Support the Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals
- Act as a role model for the brand regarding personal presentation standards
- Maintain store visual standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory or retail role
- Ability to act as a customer service ambassador
- Experience working towards KPIs
- Ability to embody the brand DNA: Captivating, Engaging, Passionate, and Driven
