Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
• Handle all stock effectively and ensure back of house standards are maintained
• Support the Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals
• Act as a role model for the brand regarding personal presentation standards
• Maintain store visual standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory or retail role
• Ability to act as a customer service ambassador
• Experience working towards KPIs
• Ability to embody the brand DNA: Captivating, Engaging, Passionate, and Driven
