Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and work towards specific supervisor targets
• Actively engage with customers to offer product recommendations
• Support visual merchandising and maintain store standards
• Process transactions accurately using the point of sales system
• Train the team on handling customer service issues
• Manage opening and closing procedures and cash register setup
• Set daily team targets and agendas in the absence of the manager
• Coach and develop sales assistants to meet sales targets
• Supervise the team and coordinate break times
• Support inventory management and stockroom organization

Requirements

• Highly motivated with strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and engage in repetitive activities
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and use a stepping stool
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Proficient in English, written and spoken
