Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service
• Responsible for holding keys and ensuring store security during opening and closing in the absence of senior management
• Manage the opening and closing of the till system
• Welcome clients and guide them to products to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Manage stock through pair checking and stockroom organization
• Maintain shop floor tidiness, replenishment, and store standards
• Support management by working towards individual and team sales targets
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs to customers
• Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
• Act as a brand role model and adhere to uniform standards

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of excellent customer service
• Previous retail experience
• Interest and awareness of fashion trends
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work confidently in a team
• Availability to work airport shifts between 04:00 am and 10:00 pm
