Supervisor Kinder Animation

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a dedicated team of childcare providers and trainers in coordination with the Activity Manager
• Design, organize, and implement age-appropriate children's programs including swimming, courses, birthdays, holiday camps, and creative events
• Maintain daily contact with member families in a friendly, present, and solution-oriented manner
• Ensure highest quality and safety standards in the children and family area
• Handle administrative tasks such as duty scheduling and feedback/participation evaluation
• Collaborate closely with other departments to integrate children's offerings into daily club life

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in pedagogy, sports, education, or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of experience in childcare, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and organizational talent
• Motivation to lead a team and inspire children
• Very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
