Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the Roadworks Site Agent in managing a significant section of the A417 project
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and performance excellence standards
• Manage cost control, resources, and supply chain while maintaining commercial awareness
• Create and maintain programmes to plan and measure daily activities
• Ensure quality assurance in accordance with specifications, including inspection test plans

Requirements

• Degree level qualification or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience within the highways sector
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients, stakeholders, and the public
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach to work
