Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty
• Be a role model to team members regarding the customer experience
• Support store standards for merchandising and operations to ensure consistency
• Perform POS transactions and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume apparel business is preferred
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform POS transactions
