Supervisor Installer

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers to ensure compliance with company policies and DOT laws
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for the field team
• Manage depot operations, including resolving issues and filling in for driver absences
• Monitor timesheets, inspect equipment, and ensure driver DOT compliance
• Manage inventory, adjust routes, and schedule vehicle maintenance
• Conduct safety meetings, review KPIs, and perform regular audits
• Complete annual reviews, training, and driver assessments

Requirements

• Minimum Class B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Valid Medical Card and a clean driving record
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and maneuver heavy equipment
• Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and work outdoors in extreme temperatures
• Strong mechanical ability and basic knowledge of building construction processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
• Previous experience in plumbing, cable installation, or construction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
